Where we ship

Canada and the United States.

What it costs

Free, both countries. No minimum order.

For US customers — no surprise customs fees

We pre-pay all customs duties on US orders. Nothing will be collected at your door. The price you pay at checkout is the price you pay, full stop.

When it ships

We hand-pack every order in Toronto, Canada, in small runs. Expect your order to leave us within 2 to 3 business days of being placed. You will get a dispatch email with a tracking number the moment it goes out.

When it arrives

Canada: usually 3 to 7 business days from dispatch. United States: usually 5 to 10 business days. Remote addresses and holiday weeks can add a few days.

Returns

Unopened bottles

We accept returns on unopened bottles in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Write to us first and we will send return instructions. Return shipping is on you; the refund goes back to your original payment within 5 business days of the bottles arriving back with us.

Opened bottles

Because oil perfume is applied directly to skin, opened bottles cannot be returned. If the scent is not for you, consider layering it with another in the collection — Citrus Grove brightens Rose Noire, Amber Reverie softens under Pear Bloom. Often the bottle that did not land on its own becomes indispensable in a layer.

If something arrived damaged

Photograph the outer packaging and the bottle before using it, and write to us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement.

If a parcel has gone missing

Please check with neighbours, doormen, and your building first. If it still has not turned up within 48 hours of the marked delivery date, write to us and we will open a trace with the carrier.
